When I run `octii account login`, I get no response and when I try to run a command like `octii organizations list`, I get a ``` Couldn't parse token! Please reauthenticate using 'octii account login' ``` error. This seems to be an issue with the CLI itself, since I don't even get a form prompt to sign in.
