[crypto]ajouter argument pour choix fichiers de code encryption

Pour encode / deconde :

• cf src/main/resources/main/conf/dataGeneric/*
• "alphanumeric" : pour les PATH
• "ASCIIJavaCPlus : pour les CONTENT

Déjà présent (caché / hidden) :

• @option(names = {"-i", "--cryptofileindex"}, ... )=> index de fichier contenu

À ajouter :

• @option(names = {"-i", "--cryptofileindex"}, ... )=> celui pour path (alternatifs ?)
• path fichier pour path
• path fichier pour contenu
