Falling to pair Colmi R11

I just received a Colmi R11.
I tried to set it up but it is not pairing with the app 1.0.0(15).

The scan is starting after I select the ring on the UI, the scan find the right bt device "Colmi R11" but it is stuck there.
It is not going further.

Note also that the Colmi R11 ring image is not the right one.
In the app it is the same as the R12 with a screen, which is not the case.

I just got the colmi R02 and I'm having a similar problem. I can't get past the same screen as the OP. I tried the latest update you just posted but that didn't help. The scanning screen is going kind of crazy. The list of devices is jumping around and it difficult to tap on the right one. When I do tap on itz it fails to connect. I tried to post a video of what is happening but the upload failed. Did however upload the diagnostics. Let me know if you need anything else.

The issue remain the same.
Scanning is jumping around and the connection is going nowhere.

I've seen in the diagnostic it is recognized as Jring.
Here is the ring I received

So the issue is that the R11 also advertises as "SMART_RING" in one of its identifiers which causes an issue because we have two sets of drivers that tries to detect which ring. It so happens that Jring drivers also looks for SMART_RING because the 56ff ring advertises that way as well. That then picks up the ring first instead of the Colmi drivers stack. Trying to make sure the fix actually works by going with device uuid instead.

FYI. When you pair the R11, there will be a system pop up asking you to pair and share contact (not needed) this is required to create a stable bond with the ring. The R10 does not need this bonding for the connection to remain stable. It's the slight difference in how each uses bluetooth. But keep that in mind if you have both the R10 and R11, it's not a bug that one gets a prompt to bond and the other does not.
