Issue

The integration successfully connects to the Fluidra Cloud API and discovers the chlorinator.

However, it identifies the device using an unverified generic profile:

The integration displays the warning:

"Unverified device profile"

Behaviour

The integration updates correctly every 30 seconds and the device is online.

Some values are received, but several sensors are mapped incorrectly.

For example:

• pH component (172): reports 282
• ORP component (177): always 0
• Free chlorine (178): always 0
• Water temperature (183): always 0
• Salinity (185): always 0

The Fluidra Pool app displays valid values, so the cloud API is working correctly.

Interestingly, the pool status contains the correct water temperature (28.2°C), while the chlorinator temperature sensor remains at 0, suggesting that this device requires a dedicated profile rather than the generic one.

Thanks — and your own diagnosis is spot on. This is a tecnoLC2 chlorinator that the generic profile misreads, and you even spotted the smoking gun yourself:

pool status shows 28.2 °C, but the chlorinator temperature stays 0

That's exactly it — c172 = 282 is the water temperature (28.2 °C), not pH. The generic profile reads c172 as pH (→ 2.82) and leaves ORP/temperature/salinity at 0, because on tecnoLC2 the real values live on c165 (pH), c170 (ORP), c172 (temperature), c174 (salinity) — registers the generic layout never scans.

I've added a dedicated verified profile for your serial LC24025216 (AstralPool Advance Connect). In the next release:

• pH → c165, ORP → c170, water temperature → c172 (28.2 °C), salinity → c174
• chlorination control on c10, pH setpoint c16, ORP setpoint c20, boost c103
• the "unverified device profile" warning clears on its own

(Side note: the diagnostics file didn't actually come through on the issue — but I didn't need it, your serial + the component values were enough.)

Once you've updated via HACS and restarted, please confirm the readings match the app. One thing worth a specific check: if ORP stays at 0 after the update, your unit has no ORP probe fitted and I'll trim it from the profile — just let me know.
