Skipping hidden directories

I had a hidden directory somewhere within the directory where I keep my markdowns (it wasn't at the top level) and it contained a markdown that hashcards tried to parse, but it wasn't intended for hashcards so it failed to even launch.

Thoughts about skipping scanning hidden directories?

I keep thinking that I need to introduce some kind of collection-wide config file, maybe .hashcards.toml. This is one thing that could be configured there yes.
