It's not in f-droid probably because it's not been submitted. Or there are some problems with it. Try giving it a go and see what happens. I'd be very keen to see it in that repo, the other app you referenced doesn't work on my system and the maintainer hasn't done much in the last few months.

Please do ask to submit it, it might work on devices where call-recorder-for-android does not.

The original call-recorder-for-android, which appears to be out of date, is available in F-Droid repository.

Lets assume that your Call Recorder does have some problems, submitting it to F-Droid might be a call to others to contribute to your project.

Try giving it a go and see what happens.
