`impt device list -u` doesn't work for collaborator devices

I am trying to get a list of unassigned devices on an account that I have Administrator collaborator access to. If I run impt device list -u I get no devices.

Likewise, if I run impt device list -u -o {{OWNER_GUID}} I get no devices.

On the collaborating account, impt device list -u works as expected.

Currently it is not possible because impCentral REST API (list devices: GET /devices request - with and without owner filter) does not return unassigned devices for collaborator accounts.
@betzrhodes could you pls check with Andrew/Kevin if this intentional or not.

They show up on the impCentral GUI so they are in there somewhere...

Maybe there is a non-public request/parameters... as happens for UI sometimes.

I have just confirmed that the impCentral API request that filters on collaborator account only returns assigned devices. Talking with CTS team here and they are looking into a fix for this.

I have found a slightly modified impCentral API request that will combine filters and return only unassigned devices for a collaborators devices. This is how the UI is working, but I have confirmed this is different to how impt is working.

This will be a usage of a non-official / non-documented REST API specifics. Do we really want to use it?
Also, need to decide to use it for this request only or for all filters (not only device filters).
