RetroBar 1.22 won't launch - internal error with .NET

Tested across two installations of Windows 10 LTSC IoT - main install and VM.

Following information pops up across two Event Viewer events:

I tested conflicts with the following apps by disabling them:

• OpenGlass
• OpenShell
• Windhawk (full unload / adding to exclusion filters)

Result persists.

Version 1.21 works fine, as did a previous, unlisted on the releases pages version - 1.22.28?

Does the .NET 6 version work for you? You can try by downloading the portable version, and using the "Win7-8" folder in there.

FWIW, I just set up a fresh Windows 10 IoT LTSC 2021 VM from this iso and installed RetroBar and it started right up.

Hi! The .NET 6 version works just fine it turns out.

I did try reinstalling the .NET 10 Desktop Runtime package a few times while testing, reboots and such too, but I'll need to test more just what might be conflicting since my VM wasn't exactly a fresh copy.
