RetroBar 1.22 won't launch - internal error with .NET #1454

Tested across two installations of Windows 10 LTSC IoT - main install and VM.

Following information pops up across two Event Viewer events:

Application: RetroBar.exe

Description: The process was terminated due to an internal error in the .NET Runtime at IP 0x00007FFFD7A3C405 (0x00007FFFD7910000) with exit code 0x80131506.

I tested conflicts with the following apps by disabling them:

  • OpenGlass
  • OpenShell
  • Windhawk (full unload / adding to exclusion filters)

Result persists.

Version 1.21 works fine, as did a previous, unlisted on the releases pages version - 1.22.28?
