Feature request: Whitelist/Blacklist certain players

To further help preventing mishaps.

Example usage:
Whitelist: Trusted Person-one|Trusted Person-two

Example input: Unknown Person: trigger command
should have no effect, if whitelist is in effect.

In addition to this, I think being able to have a non-player-specific list of triggers, as well as a player-specific list triggers would be good.
That way you could allow anyone to call you Bob, but only allow Mary to call you Bobby-boo.
