[Bug]: Unable to set default model

Summary

In Settings, a segment exists called "Model - Pick the default chat model and review how it reasons."
Meanwhile it does not show any option to pick a default model.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Workspace/Preferences
3. Observe "Model"
4. Find that there is no option to pick the default model

Expected behavior

An option to pick the default model shall be present

Actual behavior

An option to pick the default model is not present

I have added the default chat model selector to the Workspace/Preferences page in Settings!

To clarify the section description:

• "Pick the default chat model..." $\rightarrow$ This is the new dropdown selector just restored to the Preferences page.
• "...and review how it reasons." $\rightarrow$ This refers to the "Show model reasoning" toggle directly below it (which expands reasoning traces in the chat UI).

@TiloHeidasch Model selector dropdown shown in my img is added by me in my PR : #3595 , Which is not merge yet. For now you can go to Home UI and select model :

And next go to Preferences and toggle Show Model Reasioning.
