TST: `tests-numpy1` windows dtype failures

Fixing this is probably low priority.

• TestSearchsorted::test_nd (various)
• TestUnravelIndex::test_simple
• TestUnravelIndex::test_indices_2d
• TestUnravelIndex::test_xp
• test_lazy_apply_none_shape_in_args

All dtypes do not match: int32 != int64.
