Background

There are times when it is handy to have a separate execution path for querying orders with getTradeableOrderWithSignature.

Details

When polling on-chain, set a special from address that can be used by smart contract developers to provide separate execution path.

Acceptance criteria

• getTradeableOrderWithSignature eth_call from special address.
• Special address documented in watch-tower section of docs.
