Currently, user gets something like:

The CBWIRE component '/Users/grantcopley/Code/cbwire/test-harness/wires/test/should_not_render_cbwire_script_tags.cfm' is missing '//@startwire' and '//@endWire' markers. Please place these in your CFSCRIPT block and place each one on a single line.
