As well as logging Thargoid Bonds we should maintain a count to display in EDMC if requested by the user. The counter should be zeroed if the bounties are cashed.

Will require some kind of "aggregation" which will be possible with GraphQL in the future, however it has not been ported over to bookshelf (mysql) from upstream: strapi/strapi#1924 (comment)
