As an admin, when I need to create a new template based on an assessment form, I want to reuse existing criteria and sub-ratings to save typing effort and time.
Description
Currently, it is quite tedious to create a new template. Each category, criterion, and sub-criterion must be created and described newly. This is particularly cumbersome when working with multiple languages. It would be easier if criteria and sub-ratings each had a copy button that copies and pre-fills the contents of an existing artifact into the new one. Only individual terms would then need to be adjusted.

At the same time, it would be beneficial if individual sub-criteria could be collapsible to save space and improve overview.
Acceptance Criteria
When creating a criterion, there is a copy button next to the "Create new" button that copies the contents of an existing criterion into the new one.
When creating a sub-rating, there is a copy button next to the "+1 Sub-rating" button that copies the contents of an existing sub-rating into the new one.
Sub-ratings are collapsible.
