Need clarity on copyright

The package.json has Ádám Lippai as the Author, but LICENCE has Copyright (c) 2013 Artem S Vybornov .
Please, who do I use as the copyright holder or how do I structure this to give full copyright credit in the Debian package?

Do not include this package in any long term distribution, please. It's not maintained. Artem is the original author, I was a contributor who maintained the package for some time.
