Email verification for signup fails

I tried to create an artifacthub.io account for my team, but the email verification step fails:

Thanks for reporting this. This screen appears when the email verification request fails. One common reason is that the verification link has expired or is no longer valid. Verification links are valid for 24 hours.

Creating another account with the same email address will not send a new verification email, because that email is already registered. Please contact me through the CNCF Slack channel with the email address you used so I can check the account state and help resolve it.
