Problem: Certain RAD fields are not searchable

Current Behavior

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create new description in RAD template and set Title statements of responsibility and/or Other title information
2. Using the search bar, search for the values set
3. Note that those fields are not searchable

Expected Behavior

All fields should be searchable
