`cdi` remake

my name is Davide, I googled cdi and found your project. I liked it, but since I wanted to learn bash and since your project seems abandoned I decided to remake it from scratch.

I decided to publish it here https://github.com/DavidBevi/cdi/ so I can show it and ask you if you'd like to work together; ideally only one cdi should remain, whichever makes the most sense!

You're right that the repository has been inactive for quite some time. It's great to hear that it inspired you to learn Bash and build your own implementation from scratch. I appreciate you taking the time to share your work and let me know about it.

At the moment, I don't have active plans to continue developing the original project, but I'm glad to see someone exploring the idea and taking it in a new direction. It's always interesting to see different approaches to the same concept.

I also appreciate the offer to collaborate. While I may not have availability to contribute directly at this moment, I'm always happy to answer questions about the original project or discuss ideas if they can be helpful.

Given the conditions I put a disambiguation in the readme of my repo and in my cdi, where pressing h opens an help page which also contains this section:
