The fields start_date and end_date for each step must be based on block Tstamp, tx tstamp....
Example:
state: WaitingClaim:
- start_date: Settledment Tx tstamp
- end_date: claim tx tstamp
It's not going to be absolutly precise, because we don't known exactly to which certificate was included a bridge, we are able to known if it's included in current pending certificate o a previous settled certificate
