More documentation for deploying on Shiny Server

I really appreciate the work that has been done on golem. It is a life-saver for building large packages.

This is a request for more documentation/examples when deploying to Shiny Server with Docker. I have found some documentation using Docker with Shiny Server, but nothing specific to golem. This process is made a bit more complicated due to how golem structures the server.R and ui.R.

Just wanted to agree with this request. Specifically, I was hoping to read some documentation on golem's strategy of creating a base dockerfile and another separate dockerfile for the installation of the app package. I can determine why, but having this explained in detail would be a good reference guide for my work.
