Uploading presentation in BBB 3.0

I am using version 3 of bigbluebutton and the latest version of PIlos. In the Pilos administration system when I create a room I upload the presentations and select one by default, however when I start the room PILOS does not seem to send the presentations in the api. In version 2.7 of bigbluebutton it worked fine but in version 3 which is now officially released it does not work.

I also get this error in BBB 3.0, but it is not related to this feature, it is general bug in 3.0

Uploading slides in PILOS and using it in BBB 3.0 is working fine for me.

Make sure the BBB 3.0 server can connect to your PILOS server.
Please check the BBB 3.0 server logs for errors regarding the presentation

PILOS and BigBlueButton are on separate servers within the same LAN, and there is no firewall issue. Additionally, it creates the room correctly, and I even pass a CSS, but it does not load the presentations I upload in PILOS. The documentation for BigBlueButton states the following:

On the server where you want to allow the new fonts, you must download the font file (.ttf). For example:

unzip Street.Ruler.zip

Then copy the font (.ttf) to /usr/share/fonts/:

sudo cp 'Street Ruler.ttf' /usr/share/fonts/

Does this have anything to do with the issue of loading the presentations? In the browser logs, I saw this:

Thank you, I already resolved it. The problem was with the DNS; the BigBlueButton server did not have the domain of the PILOS server configured in the host. Although I'm not sure how that affects it, I am testing version 3 of BigBlueButton before putting it into production with PILOS and updating all the BigBlueButton nodes we have.
