PET (generic) Temperature setting

The default temperature for generic PET is currently set at 215C. After testing I would suggest we increase the temperature to 235C. With this increased temperature I am seeing better filament deposition and less under extrusion. This is using the profile from cura-3-dev branch.

It appears that this profile (along with the Robo PLA orange profile) call for 17 top and bottom layers along with lines at 0 and 90 degrees. For clear PET I would recommend 6 top and bottom layers and for all profiles, I think lines at 45 and 135 degrees are better.

@RoboDDD The profile itself is not setting these layer counts. I mentioned yesterday that the top/bottom layer settings are something I cannot delete from your installation due the administrator settings on your computer. This will be addressed in the next version we'll release, though.
