RedEXCompile Proprietary End User License

Subject to acceptance of TERMS.md, RedX Development grants an end user a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to install and use RedEXCompile for lawful personal or internal business development.

Except where applicable law or a third-party open-source license requires otherwise, no permission is granted to redistribute, sell, sublicense, rent, host for third parties, remove proprietary notices from, or create a misleadingly affiliated derivative product from RedEXCompile or its branding without prior written permission from RedX Development.

User-created projects and code remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party libraries, Electron, Monaco Editor, GitHub Copilot components, and other dependencies remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. This license does not override those third-party rights.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDX DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AND COMPATIBILITY. LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS DESCRIBED IN TERMS.md.
