Describe the bug

There is no way to make the Java settings screen refresh and scan for changes

Steps to reproduce

1. Install a new JDK externally
2. Open settings -> java
3. It's not there and no way to refresh

Expected behavior

A button to refresh, or refresh automatically whenever the java settings screen is opened
