virusbreakend-build: The download link of taxid10239.nbr is a webpage, not a direct file link

I try to use the commond line in virusbreakend-build to download taxid10239.nbr:
wget --output-document=$dbname/taxid10239.nbr "https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/GenomesGroup.cgi?taxid=10239&cmd=download2"

however i found the download link is a webpage, how can i get the correct file ?
