[Feature]: Add `ochami metadata group render` command

Describe the feature

The ochami CLI already does rendering with the OpenCHAMI cloud-init server, but with the transition to using the new metadata-service, it would be nice to have a corresponding command to render with it.

Why do you want this feature?

This feature would be great for debugging cloud-init configs and will move us closer to feature parity with the new service.

Alternatives you've considered

No alternatives since this already exist for cloud-init.
