Where can I see a description of DiCER outputs?

Hi, thanks for the toolbox!
I run carpetCleaner.sh since I did the preprocessing with fmriprep (1.2.6-1), I had to modify the names in the script though in order to match with the fmriprep outputs. I got some errors and warnings, but did not crashed.
Are these all the output I should get in the dbscan folder? which is the one that contents the functional data denoised with DiCER?

hi! sorry for the delay! did you manage to work it out? :) it looks like the corrected scan is not there? I would suggest using DICER_lightweight.sh moving forward!

I'm not clear on all the outputs either. I assume the file ending in '*detrended_hpf_dbscan.nii.gz' is the DiCER cleaned fMRI series, while '*detrended_hpf_GMR.nii.gz' is GMR cleaned?

When using the AROMA nonaggressive cleaned series (from fmriprep), does one apply the +2P (wm/csf) regression to this AROMA series, and then DiCER is applied to the AROMA+2P series (three cleaning steps, in three calls to fsl_regfilt, instead of just one step, in which all regressors are applied in one fsl_regfilt call)?
