SMPL-X Import Option Not Appearing in Blender 4.5.2 LTS

Description:
I have successfully installed and enabled the SMPL-X add-on. It shows up in the Add-ons list as enabled, but the "SMPL-X" import option is completely missing from the File > Import menu.

Steps to Reproduce (already taken):

1. Uninstalled all previous Blender versions.
2. Installed a fresh copy of Blender 4.5.2 LTS from the official website.
3. Installed the add-on from the .zip file via Edit > Preferences > Add-ons.
4. Enabled the add-on by checking the box.
5. Manually deleted the add-on folder from %APPDATA% and reinstalled it.

Expected Result:
The "SMPL-X" option should appear in the File > Import menu.

Actual Result:
The "SMPL-X" option is not visible in the menu.
