Add Magic Switch to the App Store / Get a signing certificate

This project seems to be more popular than I expected. We should look into how to get an app into the app store. I think you have to pay some nominal fee and register.

As far as I know, Apple Developer account must be created. $99 annual fee. With it you can get certs to notarize the app.

Additionally upload to (Mac) App Store (with access to App Store Connect and TestFlight).

And also additionally: you can publish to Homebrew as a cask. If they approve this project (there are some requirements to be met), you can directly publish to their main homebrew/cask tap, avoiding to create your own tab (hassle for consumers that would need to install and trust your tap before installing the actual app/cask)

Adding it to homebrew/cask requires the app to be signed first. Maybe there could be a channel for donation to cover the $99 annual fee? Would love to see this signed so that can be installed on my work laptop.

This app solves a very realistic problem that Apple refuse to solve, definitely worth to be a cask that is on Homebrew.

-- For anyone that is trying to share a magic keyboard (or the custom made touch id sensor), magic keyboard does not switch with KVM switch, even when it is directly connected via USB (that port is for charging only). Thus, the only way to actually switch is through an app like this.
