Mods missing in pre-existing profiles

Description

Created a profile with set mods I wanted and after adding more mods to the app they dont show in the profiles besides the default.
In order to fix I had to create a new profile and reselect every mod I wanted

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Profile
2. Select mods wanted
3. Run patch
4. Add new mod to application
5. Mod does not show in created profile, only in default and new profiles created

Expected Behavior

Mod shows in pre-existing profiles available to turn on or off after being added.

Actual Behavior

Mod does not appear unless new profile is created or in default profile.
