Clicking Select down arrow doesn't show menu

Steps to reproduce

Steps:

1. Open storybook to https://opensource.hcltechsw.com/enchanted-react-components/?path=/story/inputs-selectsingle--example-single-select
2. click (single left mouse click) on the down arrow icon
3. nothing happens

Current behavior

nothing happens when down icon is clicked

Note: when the menu is open (the icon is flipped to an up arrow), clicking it does close the menu, as intended

Expected behavior

the list of menu options should display when the down icon is clicked

no special context, vanilla usage of the Select component
