Coming from windows, I have been downloading programs that are basically replacements for essentials that were on my windows installation, but it gets a bit hard to really browse and have a good look when the window is locked when downloading one flatpak and then you cant interact at all with the main window while the running task window is open. Perhaps let the task run in the program itself and be able to queue multiple flatpaks at once for installation. Also I hated how on Steamos (i have a steam deck), I was forced to download all the flatpaks at once if I tried downloading multiple. It seriously hampered the speed of the downloads in general as it was trying to grab from several different repositories and caused it to take a lot longer.
TLDR: Add the ability to queue flatpak installations as well as not locking the main flatpost window when a task is running to allow further browsing.
