What Happened?

Data is in the CEDS DW Generate schema but the submission file cannot be created for these files. Version 12.4 did not correct this issue.

For 226, we are able to produce a submission file but it does not include the Totals column (see attached csv file). This behavior is the same for csv, txt, and tab files however, if I choose Export to Excel, it will create an xls file with the counts (see attached xls). I have attached the log file from Generate.web\logs as well in case that helps with troubleshooting but if you need a different log file please let me know. Thanks, Shauna (KY)
