[Bug]: Modify the Generate ETL for FS160

What Happened?

During an internal review of the MS ETL Documentation Template for FS160, we found that the wrong column_names were being used. The following changes need to be made to the ETL:

• Staging.K12Enrollment: Change the column_name from PostsecondaryEnrollmentStatus to PostsecondaryEnrollmentAction
• Dim.K12EnrollmentStatuses: Change the column_name from DimK12EnrollmentStatusCode to PostsecondaryEnrollmentActionCode, then repopulate the table.
• Update the migration logic for FS160

Steps to Reproduce

The issue was identified during an internal review of the ETL Documentation for MS.
