Currently, the LEA Grades Offered are rolled up from the K12 School Grades Offered but there are circumstances where the LEA will need to submit Grades Offered that differ from the rolled up school's grades. This will require a change to CEDS to add a table for LEAGradeOffered. Once that is complete we will then need to modify Generate to handle that. This will require a change to at least:
[App].[Migrate_Data_ETL_IMPLEMENTATION_STEP01_Organization_EncapsulatedCode]
[RDS].[Migrate_OrganizationCounts]
This change is for FS039.
Acceptance Criteria:
Setup - Load Grades Offered into Staging.OrganizationGradeOffered for the school and a different range of grades for the LEA that is the parent of that school.
Scope - IDS, and RDS.
Current state - The LEAs grades are calculated by rolling up the grades for all the school’s that are part of that LEA so the LEA does not have distinct grade levels.
Expected results - The LEA should be able to load a distinct set of Grades Offered that differs from the rolled up grades of the combined school’s grades.
