water and sever shut down and start up isue

if you happen to die in a sever and the sever gets reset with your grave in the water it brakes the plugin and you can brake the head but it wont give you your stuff back. I have no clue what might cause this ore how to fic it but i think it might be to to the game ""super updating blocks and it sees that the armor stand is in the water and it brakes it in turn braking the grave
