The laser parameters for the METIS WCU are currently hard-coded in effects/metis_wcu/metis_wcu.py. They should be made user-settable and the parameters transferred to the irdb.
During AIT there will also be lasers for the N-band. The code needs to be flexible to be able to accept these as well.
