please help us get mercurial updated to build under mac os, I get this:

We currently do not have suitable compilation parameters customized for MacOS systems

perhaps I'll have to get used to run it with docker + x11

it this as fast as thorium in mac?
tried but also failed, completely no clue about installing this , but i think this is still legitimate though
