RISC-V Coding Examples

Change RISC-V coding examples like [this](https://notes.cs61c.org/content/rv-decision-making/branches/#:~:text=%2Dlabeled%20instruction.-,Example%202,-1) to using register names instead of numbers to avoid confusing. Maybe can have both version one with register names and another withthe corresponding register numbers.
